Agar wood is obtained by carpenters from Cambodia, from where we also import OUD oil.
The natural smell of agarwood has a lasting fragrance, but when we enhance it with a few drops of OUD oil, the wood is imbued with an unusual aroma that lasts for a very long time. The bracelet worn on the hand warms up from the temperature of our body and takes on a specific smell in combination with the skin of each person.

Many agar trees are attacked by fungi.
As a result of the tree's struggle with the fungus, which lasts at least several years, the inside of the trunk is covered with resin (oud), which turns black. This resin is produced by the tree to fight fungus and survive.
Oud oil is made from this tarry resin, it only has the right aroma when the healing process takes several years.
The scent itself is balsamic, pleasant and woody with a smoky, slightly sweetish note.
