Dreams is a 100% blend of natural essential oils from lavender, tangerine and bergamot.

Each of these oils used individually helps with sleep problems, relieves tension, calms down, helps to sleep peacefully at night. All of them together strengthen their effect, and they create an unusual fragrance composition, thanks to which they appeal to various tastes.

It's best to spray the "Dreams" oil blend in the room or use an aroma diffuser just before going to bed, or you can sprinkle it on the corner of the pillow. Perfect for adults, but also for children who will quickly calm down and relax, resting wonderfully at night. Colorful dreams!

Usage directions

Add a few drops to ViaAroma scented jewelry and enjoy a new dimension of aromatherapy
Smell directly from the bottle: take 4 deep breaths.
Use in an aromatherapy diffuser (15-25 drops) to purify the air.
Mix with honey or fatty milk (5 drops of oil per 1 teaspoon of milk/honey) and add to the bath.
Mix with aloe gel (maximum 6 drops per 10 ml of gel) and lubricate the skin.
Add to your favorite unscented shower gel to enjoy an aromatic bath (2 ml of oil per 250 ml of shower gel).
Massage: add 6 drops of oil to 15 ml of base oil, i.e. 1 tablespoon, and massage the body in the evening.
Inhale in a bowl (2-3 drops of oil in a bowl of hot water) and inhale the steam.
Add a few drops on the edge of your pillow before bed

In case of discomfort or irritation, wash off the oil only with vegetable oils - never with water!
Do not use essential oils containing menthol (mint) around the neck
Do not apply citrus oils to your skin before going out in the sun. Discoloration and burns may occur when exposed to direct sunlight or UV radiation (solariums)
Use only solutions of essential oils in vegetable oils for bathing
