Chakras aromatherapy

Chakras are understood as places where energy channels intersect, gathering and distributing energy with appropriate vibrations. This energy is needed for the balance of body and mind. For the proper work of the body, all chakras should be harmonized. If one of the chakras stops functioning properly, it negatively affects the others.

In some streams of aromatherapy, essential oils are attributed the ability to harmonize the operation of the chakras.

Root chakra (red color)

The root chakra is responsible for grounding. Material security and meeting basic needs.

Disturbances in the flow of energy in the base chakra result in a sense of insecurity, a certain kind of loss in life. It's a constant feeling of being overwhelmed by life, everyday life and fatigue. Uncertainty and fear appear. Fear of coping and lack of strength. Lack of self-acceptance and will to live.

When the base chakra is blocked, pain in the spine, hips, muscle tension and even paresis of the limbs are felt. Also problems with the urinary system.

The lack of stability in life is stress, sadness or terror.
