Usage directions

Lavender

You can smell it directly from the bottle to quickly relax when you feel anxious, have a panic attack or nervous.
Add a few drops on your pillow for a good night's sleep.
Use in a ViaAroma diffuser for aromatherapy. Pour a few drops of oil into the diffuser (do not add water!) and enjoy the scent that fills the entire room.
Mix with honey or fatty butter (5 drops of oil per 1 teaspoon of milk/honey and add to the bath).
Mix with aloe gel in 1:1 proportions (one part gel and one part oil) and apply to thermal or sunburn to feel relief and avoid discoloration.
Add it to your favorite unscented shower gel to enjoy the aroma when washing in the morning.
Add to shampoo and/or hair conditioner to get rid of dandruff and take care of the scalp.

Tea Tree

Smell directly from the bottle: take 4 deep breaths.
Use in an aromatherapy diffuser (15-25 drops).
Mix with honey or fatty butter (5 drops of oil per 1 teaspoon of milk/honey) and add to the bath.
Mix with aloe gel (maximum 6 drops per 10 ml of gel).
Add to your favorite unscented shower gel to enjoy an aromatic bath (2 ml of oil per 250 ml of shower gel).
Add to hair shampoo and/or hair conditioner to get rid of dandruff and take care of the scalp (1-2 drops per portion of shampoo on the hand).
Inhale in a bowl (2-3 drops of oil in a bowl of hot water) and inhale the steam.
Soak your feet (add 3-5 drops of oil to a bowl of water).
Compress (add 3 drops of oil to warm or cold water and wet a towel, squeeze out excess water, apply to painful areas).
Massage (add 6 drops of oil to 15 ml of base oil, i.e. 1 tablespoon) and massage the body.
Use for cleaning (to disinfect, apply a few drops on a cloth and clean directly or add 20 drops of oil to 50 g of a solution of soda, vinegar and Castile soap).
Apply the oil to the wart with a stick.
Add a few drops of the oil to the base oil or olive oil (10 ml) and rub it into your feet as a preventive measure against mycosis or during treatment.

Eucalyptus

Use in an aromatherapy diffuser (15-25 drops) when you have a cough or sinus problems.
Mix with honey or fatty butter (5 drops of oil per 1 teaspoon of milk/honey) and add to the bath.
Mix with aloe gel (maximum 6 drops per 10 ml of gel).
Add to your favorite unscented shower gel to enjoy an aromatic bath (2 ml of oil per 250 ml of shower gel).
Add to hair shampoo and/or hair conditioner to get rid of dandruff and take care of the scalp (1-2 drops per portion of shampoo on the hand).
Inhale in a bowl (2-3 drops of oil in a bowl of hot water) and inhale the steam.
Soak your feet (add 3-5 drops of oil to a bowl of water).
Compress (add 3 drops of oil to warm or cold water and wet a towel, squeeze out excess water, apply to painful areas).
Massage (add 6 drops of oil to 15 ml of base oil, i.e. 1 tablespoon) and massage the body.

Mix 10 drops of the oil with 10 ml of base oil and use this mixture to repel mosquitoes and ticks.
Add to base oil (e.g. coconut) and rub on the back, feet and chest for colds and joint pain.

Use in an aromatherapy diffuser (15-25 drops) to purify the air.
Mix with honey or fatty butter (5 drops of oil per 1 teaspoon of milk/honey) and add to the bath.
Mix with aloe gel (maximum 6 drops per 10 ml of gel).

Inhale in a bowl (2-3 drops of oil in a bowl of hot water) and inhale the steam.
Soak your feet (add 3-5 drops of oil to a bowl of water).
Compress (add 3 drops of oil to warm or cold water and wet a towel, squeeze out excess water, apply to painful areas).
Massage (add 6 drops of oil to 15 ml of base oil, i.e. 1 tablespoon) and massage the body.

Disinfect countertops and cutting boards using a few drops of oil.
Use cleaning oil (mix with baking soda and vinegar).

Pepper mint

Mix 10 drops of oil with 10 ml of carrier oil or olive oil and apply around the navel to get rid of abdominal pain.

Do not apply citrus oils to your skin before going out in the sun. Discoloration and burns may occur when exposed to direct sunlight or UV radiation (solariums)
Use only solutions of essential oils in vegetable oils for bathing
