Juniper oil is an effective antiseptic with high bactericidal potential. It supports the body in the fight against infections, flu or colds, accelerates recovery and regeneration after illness. By diffusing it indoors during periods of greater illness, it will protect against virus infection. It exhibits diuretic features, helps to get rid of toxins from the body and cleanse the bladder of microorganisms. Juniper oil lowers blood pressure. Stimulates circulation, helps to remove swelling. It's recommended for all rheumatic pains - it effectively brings relief by warming and relaxing the ligaments, joints and muscles. Juniper oil stimulates intestinal motility, improves digestion and reduces bloating and abdominal discomfort.

Juniper oil is also used in cosmetics and care. Thanks to its antiseptic features, it perfectly disinfects the skin, e.g. after shaving. Effectively copes with acne, acting anti-inflammatory and antibacterial. It aslo has an anti-cellulite effect and reduces stretch marks.

Fun fact:

Already in antiquity, juniper was used in folk medicine to treat infections, as well as to season meat, prepare gin and rakia.
